Shipping and Delivery
We ship locally within the Faroe Islands. We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days.
While we make every effort to deliver within this timeframe, delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (force majeure) may occur. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
In accordance with Faroese and Danish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Exceptions:
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intimate products (dildos, vibrators, etc.) if the seal/packaging has been broken after delivery. These items cannot be returned once opened.
How to Cancel:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at freya@freyaleikur.fo before the 14-day period expires. You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Legal Warranty (Reklamationsret)
Our products are covered by the rules of the Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This implies a 24-month right of complaint on all goods.
This means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This right applies to defects in material or workmanship present at the time of delivery. It does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or ordinary wear and tear.
If you discover a defect, you must contact us within a "reasonable time." Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.
